A prominent global financial services group seeks an Executive Assistant to join their trading floor, providing essential support to senior stakeholders and the broader team in their Central London office.

This role presents an exciting and diverse opportunity for an experienced EA with a background in financial services or trading floors within global firms, supporting three senior stakeholders and the wider team in their London office.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support in organizing corporate and analyst roadshows
- Managing logistics such as travel bookings, accommodations, meeting venues, and restaurant arrangements.
- Maintain and update schedules for roadshows and client meetings, ensuring accurate data entry into relevant systems.
- Welcome and assist clients, preparing refreshments for meetings as needed.
- Prepare presentations for the senior stakeholders for internal and external use.
- Process monthly expenses for the team, adhering to company Travel and Expenses Policy.
- Manage switchboard calls and handle post distribution.

**SKILLS**:

- Demonstrated experience in an assistant role, preferably within a similar environment.
- Proficiency in diary management, travel and accommodation booking, and expense processing.
- Previous involvement in organizing roadshows, events, or conferences is preferred.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive approach, capable of anticipating needs and acting preemptively.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and seek assistance when necessary.
- Calm, confident, and dedicated with a commitment to high standards and initiative.
- A team player with the capacity to cultivate positive working relationships even in challenging circumstances.
