Looking for a dynamic and diverse lecturer to teach a beginner's short course in film and video production? Look no further Our educational institution is seeking an experienced and engaging individual to lead our upcoming course.

As a lecturer, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and passion for film and video production with our eager adult learners. The course will cover a range of topics, including camera basics, lighting techniques, sound recording, and video editing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and teach a comprehensive curriculum that covers all aspects of event production, including pre-production planning, scheduling, budgeting, marketing, logistics, risk management, and post-event analysis
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students to help them develop their skills and confidence in the field
- Create and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and ensure that the course is meeting its objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes and incorporate them into the curriculum as needed
- Collaborate with other instructors to ensure that the course is integrated with other relevant courses in the program

**Requirements**:

- Experience teaching or training others in the industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop engaging and effective curriculum materials
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Education**:

- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience in the industry will be considered

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Freelance, Graduate
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: £26.37-£31.31 per hour
