We are seeking to recruit a part-time Facilities Assistant (cleaner) to join our team at The Department of Psychiatry, Kings Drive, Eastbourne, BN21 2UD.

The Facilities Team will be relocating from Eastbourne to a new Hospital in Bexhill, once construction of the new Hospital in completed in 2025.

This is a part-time position totalling 20 hours per week, 06:30 to 10:30 each weekday, Monday to Friday mornings.

If you are approachable, flexible, able to work unsupervised and are reliable and if you want to make a positive difference to the experience of people in our care then this could be the perfect role for you.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can work equally well on their own or as part of a team, to deliver and achieve high standards of
environmental cleaning and prepare meals for service.

We need people who recognise the importance of a clean environment and food safety as well as the important of adherence to infection
prevention and control standards at all times.

To protect the health and safety of our staff/workers, patients, and those attending our sites, we encourage our workforce to be fully vaccinated
against COVID-19.
