Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading provider of accountancy and consulting services, in their search for a
**Senior Payroll Executive** to work as part of their payroll division in
**Grangemouth**

**For the successful Senior Payroll Executive our client is offering**:
i. Starting salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

ii. A flexible annual hours contract, with core working hours of 9 am - 5:30 pm

iii. The flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to work from home 2-3 days per week

iv. 26 days holiday, with an additional half day for Christmas Eve + option to purchase additional days

v. Life assurance four times salary + many more great benefits

**The role - Senior Payroll Executive**:
i. Ensuring accurate and timely weekly payroll end-to-end production for various clients in accordance with statutory regulations within payroll deadlines and requirements

ii. Servicing multiple clients as part of a team effort to deliver excellent service to our clients.

iii. Managing payroll deadlines and requirements of your own personal portfolio of payroll clients.

iv. Generating payroll reports, P45s etc., using our in-house systems and Microsoft Excel

v. Managing import/export of new employees and timesheet data onto the payroll platform

**What our client is looking for in a Senior Payroll Executive**:
i. Minimum 5 years experience as a Payroll Executive
- **ESSENTIAL**
ii. Strong numerical abilities and proven experience in MS Office, in particular, Excel

iii. Knowledge of month-end and year-end returns and balancing with the ability to perform manual calculations, as and when required
- **ESSENTIAL**
iv. Previous experience of working in a multi-frequency payroll environment
- **DESIRABLE**
v. Ability to process a large number of weekly payroll runs

vi. Own transport due to location - ESSENTIAL
