Digital Advertising Coordinator
- Part / Full Time
- Operating Hours Monday to Friday
- Location: Falkirk
Crunchy Carrots is at an exciting point in our long-term legacy with an ever-expanding client base, consistent growth in our team, and definitive ambitions to be the provider of choice for all things marketing throughout Scotland.
As such, we are looking to hire a Digital Advertising Coordinator to support the Senior Marketing Executive in all key areas of paid media advertising.
Working with a host of clients, each with their own marketing criteria and financial aims, you will assist in the running of all paid ads across both Google and Social Media. Crunchy Carrots believes that in the marketing world, there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach and this requires our people to adapt, understand the landscape, and be passionate about the science of modern marketing.
But most of all, this job is all about working with people. Although we offer flexible working, if working from home 5 days per week is your preference, this isn’t the right job for you (we like to be upfront about this). We encourage our team to work closely and collaborate, share the good with the bad, and understand each other’s pain and passions. We ask that the person in this role has the drive to support the client portfolio, share best practices, and be an excellent team player.
A passion for numbers and good organisation skills are certainly a must, with the desire to continuously grow and discover new, diverse ways of getting maximum ROI. You will help coordinate running ads and reshape the search criteria to the needs of the client. Training will be provided so no massive experience in ads specifically is essential although a basic understanding of the principles of social media will be key to setting you off on the right foot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of PPC campaigns.
- Ensuring that clients’ campaigns are achieving maximum ROI.
- Filtering keywords (positive/negative).
- Use the keyword planner tool to forecast budgets.
- Support the creation of compelling copy and graphics for ad campaigns.
- Assist in the scoping of documents and strategy plans for clients
Teamwork & Support
- See the whole Crunchy Carrots team as the biggest asset to the business with excellent communication, supportive nature, and organisation skills.
- Be a team player within the marketing team with key responsibilities on ads support, copy reviews, writing, and data entry.
Organisation
- Plan your work to fit within our client service level agreements (SLA’s) and ensure client budgets are met with little-to-no discrepancies, excess, or underusage.
Brand Guardian
- Represent the brand of Crunchy Carrots as an ambassador at all times.
