Overview**:Do you have experience of Project Management and IT Delivery?**

Our Project Support Officer will assist in tracking and reporting of all IT-led project delivery while working to facilitate the success of the delivery. This is an internal facing role which requires key collaboration with the Project Support Office Manager and wider IT Teams.

The location for this role is our Swansea office, and the classification is Hybrid. This entails 3 days collaborating with colleagues in the office, and 2 days working from home each week.

Reporting to the IT PMO Manager your main responsibilities in the role will be to: *
- Ensure internal IT Stakeholders are kept informed throughout the lifecycle of all IT projects
- Ensure all projects are supported by the relevant PMO tools with the correct goverance
- Provide regular reporting and assist the Project Support Office Manager with the planning, tracking, and reporting of the IT-led project portfolio
- Facilitate and schedule internal IT meetings
- Ensure actions, risks and decisions are logged and monitored

**We'd like to hear from you, if you have**:

- Experience in a project support role, including Project Management and IT Delivery
- The ability to liaise with IT stakeholders and technical staff at all levels
- Experience working within governance processes within medium sized companies
- Knowledge of problem management and resolution
- Ability to produce IT Delivery and Project Management reports to an agrees shcedule or upon request
