36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working: 3 days on site and 2 days WFH
We have a great opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to work for a leading global company based in Dunstable.
We are looking for a Procurement Administrator to be part of a European regional team. You will work with administration connected to the purchasing process and together you will be responsible for facilitating vendor creation and data maintenance.
We are looking for people who embody the company vales, are not afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace.
**Responsibilities: Administrator**
- Facilitate vendor creation and data maintenance including master data, price lists etc
- Validate and distribute PRs
- Solve ticket issues received through the system
- Return solution to Helpdesk team
- Escalate issues to relevant stakeholder
- Perform PO creation
- Perform PO follow-up
- Provide insight to improve system efficiency
- Escalate supplier/system/process issues to the relevant procurement team as input for continuous improvement
- Provide end user training as needed
**Skills / Attributes: Administrator**
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience of using SAP or a CRM
- Strong administration skills
- Able to multitask
- Excellent attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
