Are you an experienced Production Administrator looking for a new opportunity within a professional and friendly team?

My client is looking for a well-organised and confident individual to join their team on a permanent basis with full time hours available.

**£22,000 - £25,000**

Reporting to the Production Office Manager, duties will include a varity of activities from placing orders, maintaining stock level, receiving deliveries via goods in and maintaining various systems relating to factory administration.

The role would suit someone with extensive admin experience. Sage and Microsoft access database knowldge would be an advantage but training will be provided.

The goods in element of the role can be physically challenging

**Key Responsibilites**:
**Purchasing**:

- Place purchase orders with suppliers
- Monitor prices and undetake cost reduction initiatives
- Order progression and confirmation of delivery dates
- Request qoutes and lead times from suppliers
- Mainatin stationery and canteen supplies

**Goods In**:

- Receive deliveries at Goods-In, book in and process the delivery paperwork on Sage
- Quality inspect all deliveries ensuring they meet specifications
- Ensure goods are allocated to the correct department
- Enter invoices onto Sage and file correctly (Full training provided)
- Allocate factory consumables (gloves, masks etc,) to factory foreman

**General Adminstration**:

- Raise works sheets on Microsoft Access databases
- Maintaining factory maintenance and servicing paperwork and calender
- Raising packing lists for despatch department
- Maintaining company calender and personnel holiday bookings
- Issue monthly Health & Safety check sheets to area managers
- Stock take preperation and inputting
- Perform other admin duties to ensure the smooth running of the production office

**Additional skills**:

- Confident Administration & IT Skills
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Have a good level of skill in **Excel, Word** and **Outlook**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Positive attitude and comfortable dealing with suppliers

- Friday 08:00 - 16:15
- 30 minute unpaid lunch break
- 15 minute paid break Morning & Afternoon
