Job Purpose:

The Product Administrator will work closely with the Assistant Product Manger to support the administration, and maintenance of the CompEx Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital platforms i.e. ZOHO, E-commerce, Apps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input, update and review candidate and other records/ data to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
  • Support the Assistant Product Manager in collating data and performance metrics for learning resources.
  • Support the Assistant Product Manager so that digital resources meet the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the Product Management Team, CompEx colleagues, Company group Marketing and Digital Learning teams.
  • Support the Product Management Team in product innovation and improvements to the learner/candidate experience.
  • Understand CompEx products
  • Raise invoices, purchase order requests and other financial data as needed in accordance with standard processes.

Person Specification:

Essential Requirements:

  • GCSE, Maths and English, A-C or equivalent
  • Administration experience
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Experience of use and administration of E- learning/ LMS platforms/CRM or similar systems

Desirable:

  • MS Word; MS Excel & Basic understanding of the CompEx Scheme
