**Hours**: Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700
**Salary**: £17,750 per year PLUS overtime and bonus

We are currently working closely with an employee
- focused company who are based in central Winchester (close to bus and train links) They have vacancies in their customer service & administration teams and the Office Manager would love to train and developsomeone who has recently finished their studies and is looking for an exciting, interesting, and varied career.

**About the role**
As a Customer Service Administrator your duties include:
- Assisting customers with queries and product information
- Working with internal departments to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
- Administration responsibilities
- Using internal systems and databases to record accurate and detailed information
**About you**
Your strengths are communication, attention to detail and responsiveness. You are a natural conversationalist, who takes pride in helping others. You are a team player who thoroughly enjoys working with people. And you are inquisitive and eager to learn.
As you are speaking with customers daily, it is important that you have a polite and engaging telephone manner. You will also have good grammatical and numerical skills.
