Reed Finance are working exclusively with a PE backed company who are seeking a new FP&A Analyst to join their small Finance function. This company continues in its high growth journey with strong revenue into 2023 and is looking for a forward thinking,hands on, and focussed qualified professional to take ownership of an essential FP&A project whilst collaborating with and supporting different stakeholders and being an integral part of the business's continued success.

As FP&A Analyst you will be newly qualified or 3-5 years PQE with the main body of experience within FP&A and business analysis. Experience within a high growth, PE backed environment is ideal as is experience in hands on processes inc. Month End Advancedknowledge of Excel and good understanding of Google Sheets is essential.

You will be agile in your approach, able to embrace change and essentially be able to see the bigger picture, using your initiative and hands-on approach to consistently deliver what is expected and adapt to any necessary changes as they come.

This is a fast-paced, high energy, but supportive and friendly team to be a part of and there is wide scope for this role to move up into role of FC in time. Currently reporting into the CFO and working alongside the Finance Manager, you will be part ofa small team of dedicated individuals.

Salary is circa £60k per annum and is open to those qualified and QBE. Hybrid and flexible working comes as standard along with attractive benefits.
