**Job Title**: Trainee Financial Adviser

**Salary**: £28,000 to £45,000 depending on qualifications and experience

**What Your Day to Day Duties Will Include**:

- Participate in a structured training program covering various aspects of financial planning, investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance, and more.
- Learn to analyse clients' financial situations and goals to provide personalized recommendations and strategies.
- Assist senior advisors in preparing and delivering financial plans and presentations to clients.
- Engage in client relationship management and communication to build strong, lasting connections.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and financial products to better serve clients' needs.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to enhance your skills and contribute to the company's success.

**What is Needed to Be Considered**:

- Willingness to undertake study.
- Ability to manage own workload and work within a small team
- Knowledge of business processes, standards, policies and procedures
- Experience within the Financial Services Industry
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally 7IM and Transact.
- To work towards attaining a Level 4 qualification if not already qualified.
