Parcel Reconciliation Operative

We’re currently expanding our team at our Gatwick depot and looking to recruit Parcel Reconciliation Operatives on full-time contract.

Working 40 hours per week, 5 shifts out of 7 - rotas will be allocated to all staff in advance. Uniform will be provided and salary will be paid every 4 weeks.

**Pay rate for this role is £11.02 per hour + overtime paid at £16.53 per hour.**

**Duties**:

- Ensuring any misplaced packages with missing or damaged labels are sent on to their owner or back to our clients as required.
- Repacking parcels with damaged packaging and then forwarding on to the couriers for delivery.
- Using initiative to make sure that parcels are tracked and returned swiftly by working with various parts of our network including our Hubs, sub-Depots, Couriers and clients

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Take the lead on projects
- Comply with company and health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
- Ensure scanning compliance
- Physical fitness
