Located in the historic market town of Congleton, Priesty Fields seamlessly combines modern design and technology with top-tier care and premium comfort.

Our dedicated team provides residential, nursing, respite and tailored professional care services to the broader community, with the expertise to meet the most intricate individual needs.

**As a Senior Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve**:
Undertaking any necessary training
Supporting our residentswith personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities
Providing emotional support and companionship
Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities
Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
Senior-level duties to support the Home Manager, which may involve: staff supervisions, appraisals, record-keeping, liaising with outside professionals, interviewing etc.
Varied shifts on the residential floor and the dementia floor

Supervisory/leadership experience in a residential or nursing home setting
A positive outlook and warm personality
Confident in record-keeping and the use of various technologies
Able to remain calm and guide colleagues under pressure
Flexibility to work shift patterns according to the needs of our residents
