Care Assistant - Night Shifts.

We offer residential, nursing, respite, and specialized care services to the broader community, addressing even the most intricate care needs.As a Nighttime Care Practitioner, your responsibilities may include:Supporting residents with nighttime routines, including personal care, hygiene, and settling into bed.Conducting regular safety and wellbeing checks throughout the night.Assisting with repositioning and mobility needs to ensure comfort and prevent health issues.Monitoring health conditions and promptly reporting any changes or concerns.Preparing the home for the next day, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents who may need it during the night.Accurately documenting care activities and observations.Collaborating with the day team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care.Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits:Free uniform.
