Our client has a fantastic 6 month FTC opportunity for an Agile Lead to drive their teams to embrace agile as a culture shift. The role holder will work with Execs, Business Owners, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and developers, to implement the new waysof working, which will include coaching, delivering capability build, organising the changes to determine the shortest path to becoming an agile organisation.
The role holder will be a key member of the team leading the Retail Transformation Programme. The programme will be delivered through a combination of organisation, propositions, culture, process, and technology changes that will come together to embody thenew operating model.
The role will be based between Home and London, with some travel to Weybridge on occasion.
**What will you be doing**:

- Designing and deploying the strategy, standards and requirements for the organisational adoption of Agile including every stage of adoption, from the introduction of Agile and employee education, to fostering teams and cultures that practice Agile, to sustainingAgile methodologies and continually offering strategies for improvement.
- Embodying the Agile principles and lead by example, responsible for implementing Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organisation through using techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparencyand promote a culture of innovation.
- Educating and coaching employees at all levels, including executive and senior management, on Agile principles, providing them with tools for implementing the process.
- Developing and delivering training sessions that leads toward the organisation-wide adoption of Agile methodologies.
- Acting as a mentor and coach, responsible for guiding teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement, catalysing organisational growth and answering questions.
- Providing hands-on support to all employees on Agile tools, methods and ceremonies, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth andimprovement

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven track record of embedding Agile culture, mindset and ways of working in an organisation
- Excellent Leadership, communication and influencing skills
- Advocate for the adoption of Agile and able to positively assert the need for adherence to Agile processes whilst demonstrating enthusiasm for Agile practices and their benefits
- At least 10 years of change and transformation experience, preferably as a senior manager or director from a consultancy or professional interim transformation background
- Delivered large scale complex business, technology delivery programming experience
- Demonstrable proficiency in relevant programme languages and methodologies
- Evidence thorough understanding Agile concepts, particularly in Scaled Agile Framework. Agile certification preferrable
- Possessing prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master across all levels from Executives to front line employees.
