**Customer Order Processing and Administration**
- Review and respond to customer enquiries pertaining to customer orders and deliveries
- Liaise with the design team/warehouse to ensure any corrective actions (e.g. missing components) are addressed and the customer is informed of relevant timelines
- Act as the first point of contact for customer delivery/order queries and incoming calls
- Liaise with the logistic/couriers on customer deliveries
- Deal with customer complaints in a timely fashion, ensuring the customer is informed at every stage and complaints are escalated
- Review order pending lists ensuring payments are processed in a timely fashion
- Working with both UK and EU customers with use of CRMs

**Systems Administration and Reporting**
- Upload changes / new products to the website as and when required
- Oversee stock-management processes
- Use of CRM system ensuring data captured is comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date
- Support sales activity by reviewing CRM data around customer enquiries/orders and following up (with the design team/customers) to ensure that prospective sales opportunities are followed up in a timely fashion
- Use data captured in CRM to compile analytics/reporting information for management
- Provide reporting to management on quality issues (e.g. missing components)
- Provide analytics/reporting on marketing investment (i.e. downloading/compiling information on where sales are originating from, website; referrals; google etc.

**Person Specification**

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Track record in a customer service or administration environment
- Experience or knowledge of the logistics industry
- Solid experience in non-face-to-face customer communications
- Experience in sales administration/sales support roles
- Experience in working to ISO 9001 / 14001 standards or quality management systems
- Experience in navigating CRM system(s) to produce reports / analytical data
- Working knowledge of document control principles

- Ability to prioritise own workload effectively
- Good standard of written English
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions
- High level of attention to detail
- Confident in phone / oral communications
- Demonstrable planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Confident in dealing with customer complaints
