**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of colleague recruitment, including productive and non-productive roles.
- Handle management recruitment across all levels.
- Utilise various recruitment advertising channels, such as online job boards, our company website, social media platforms, press releases, and other suitable mediums.
- Conduct telephone screening interviews for both colleagues and managers.
- Maintain and update talent management databases, both internal and external, ensuring consistent record-keeping.
- Conduct headhunting activities for "difficult to fill" or specialist roles.
- Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, including apprenticeship open days and local school career events.
- Provide regular updates to the Head of People Operations regarding progress on vacancy fulfillment.

**Required Skills and experience**:

- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including the board.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- Proactive approach to continuously improving recruitment processes.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail, capable of analysing and presenting data creatively and informatively using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience from working in a recruitment role within a fast paced environment.
