With more than 4,000 clubs worldwide, Anytime Fitness is the fastest growing 24hr fitness chain across the globe and this exciting new gym concept is now growing rapidly in the UK with over 180+ sites now open.

We are looking for a Gym Instructor/Membership Advisor in Colindale to work closely with the team to support our members and maintain the highest possible standards in the club.

The role will require you to undertake customer inductions, fitness assessments, reviews, and other customer services as required and set by the Club Manager. Deliver gym-based exercise classes, membership sales, dealing with enquiries and member retention.

You should demonstrate a positive attitude, lots of enthusiasm and be prepared to be hands on and to get stuck in within a small team.

Duties will include, but not be restricted to:

- Supporting the team with member telephone calls to meet sales targets.
- Pro-active in generating fresh leads and converting them into membership sales.
- Booking and carrying out member inductions
- Running small classes on the gym floor and in the studios (Abs, kettlebells, HIIT etc)
- Delivery of Group Personal training and adding to the existing client base
- Health checks and reviews
- Writing basic programs for members
- Taking photos and videos for social media
- Running member competitions
- Cleaning of all areas of the Club
- Driven, industrious and pro-active
- can work on their own initiative.
- Outgoing and have high-energy.
- Able to connect with members and create a culture where the customer feels they belong.
- Motivated to encourage members and colleagues to go for it and smash targets.
- Passionate about the fitness industry
- Naturally sales focused and target driven.
- You will be adept at social media.
- Exemplary with timekeeping.

Qualifications and Skills
- Be qualified to a minimum of level 2 and 3 - With experience in delivering group fitness classes.
- Hold additional certifications for all class types that you teach.
- Be able to teach all class types, including HIIT, strength and conditioning classes.
- First Aid trained.

Shifts will include evening and weekend hours between 6am-8:30pm.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Additional Information

Exact working hours will be determined but will involve up to 40 hours per week (full time), scheduled across weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required. Therefore, it is important that you live within a reasonable commute to Colindale.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Personal Training/ Class: 1 year (preferred)
