Security Administrator

**This role requires**:
- Communicating with customers and drivers regarding deliveries via WhatsApp
- Point of contact for drivers who have any missing or damaged items whilst the drivers are out on the road
- Ensuring all missing/damaged items are investigated and organisation of redelivery of any missing or damaged items
- Liaising internally within the business regarding missing and damaged items and generating reports for management regarding these issues.
- Organising returns (This will include liaison with other warehouses and accounts if customers are to be refunded)
- Assisting in driver complaints
- Allocating packs to drivers
- General administration tasks (such as scanning delivery notes)
- Patrols of the building checking doors are locked.
- Key and fuel card audits
**Hours**:
6pm till 6am & 6am till 6pm on a monthly rotating rota
