**Responsibilities**:
Service existing customer accounts, process orders and dealing with day to day enquires
Seek new business, driving new product lines to account customers
Stock Management, responsible for maintaining stock for select suppliers
Resolve customer complaints and queries and developing solutions
Maintain customer information
Checking product pricing & availability
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Upsell products and services when appropriate
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
**Requirements**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and ability to analyze data effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Ability to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish
Join our team as a Customer Representative where you can utilize your communication skills to assist customers effectively.
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
