Our National Accounts Team are looking for a Senior Administrator to join the team on a fixed term basis until 31st December 2023.

The Senior Administrator will provide administration support to the National Account & Third-Party licencing team to assist with the achievement of revenue and growth targets as well as customer retention.

As part of the role, they will be a constant point of contact between PPLPRS, National Account Managers & Third-Party Consultants.

**We want you to**
- Work with National Accounts team and customers to obtain all relevant site / usage information to enable accurate invoices to be raised.
- Support with the administration of renewals for the National Accounts licencing team to ensure customers are reviewed on time.
- Carry out desktop audits of declared music.
- Ensure that customer declarations are captured and processed accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with the Collections team where necessary to support the timely collection of payment.
- Maintain accurate notes and detail of account history within the CRM.
- Assist in the delivery of a positive customer experience and proactively contribute to the department’s service standards.
- Ensure quality assurance targets are consistently achieved.

**You will have**
- A-Level qualifications.
- Experience of working within a team.
- Experience and competency using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience of working with both internal and external customers to achieve goals.
- Knowledge of the background to copyright licencing, tariffs, policies, distribution, and procedures.
- Knowledge of distribution principles and how they impact on licences.
- Previous experience of a CRM system essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of Data Loader and other CRM tools.
