Head of Enterprise IT and Cyber Security

**Role Purpose**:
The Head of Enterprise IT and Cyber Security at Vodafone IoT plays a pivotal role in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment by connecting people, places, and things in the digital landscape. Leading with a commitment to diversity and inclusion, the role focuses on shaping the enterprise IT and cybersecurity strategy, ensuring it resonates with the needs of a global and varied customer base. **What you’ll do**:
**Strategy & Leadership**:
- Set the mission, vision, and strategy of the enterprise IT & cybersecurity function to maximize the success of business and technology initiatives for IoT.
- Introduce innovative enterprise IT systems, digital workplace services, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity capabilities to enhance competitive advantages and employee productivity.
**Enterprise IT Systems**:
- Provide direction on assimilating emerging technologies within the enterprise to align IT capabilities with the digital business strategy.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the digital business strategy, overseeing the design, development, operation, and support of various Enterprise IT systems.
**Digital Workplace Services / Office IT**:
- Set the vision and strategic direction for digital workplace services, including end-user services, collaboration tools, IT service desk, and IT asset management.
- Govern digital workplace technology standards, usage, and licensing to optimize costs and data policies, while establishing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
**IT Infrastructure**:
- Provide expert knowledge on cloud, edge, and on-premises infrastructure, translating IT infrastructure strategy into efficient, resilient, and secure technical implementations.
- Design, build, deliver, and maintain infrastructure solutions aligned with the enterprise architecture framework, fostering a culture of continuous infrastructure cost optimization.
**Cybersecurity**:
- Lead the cybersecurity function to ensure consistent and high-quality information security management in support of business goals.
- Create and manage a unified, risk-based information security management & control framework, liaising with external agencies, monitoring the external threat environment, and advising stakeholders on appropriate courses of action.
**Who you are**:
**Exceptional Leadership and Organizational Skills**:
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities, thriving under pressure and effectively managing multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
- Effective Communication:
- Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Enterprise IT Systems Experience**:
- Bring experience in implementing and/or running Enterprise IT systems, showcasing a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing IT support, systems, processes, and vendors.
- Cloud Management and Automation:
- Exhibit expertise in building cloud management solutions, including software development, integration, and ongoing engineering aspects. Proficient in creating self-service mechanisms to streamline infrastructure provisioning and management.
**Legal and Regulatory Compliance**:
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), TISAX, Payment Card Industry/Data Security Standard. Familiarity with common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, and COBIT.
