Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for a Data Steward with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primary role - Processing of CMMS system (SAP) related issues and queries:

- Call / Fire Maintenance orders - Demonstarte reports
- Location-Equipment Changes
- Technical Attribute Updates
- Preventative Maintenance Change Requests (PM, Job - Plan and Route)
- Issuing Shift Note / Log bi-weekly report
- Reviewing Master Data logs

Cancellation of Planned maintenance work orders for non critical items through use of Bulk upload templates
- Add / Remove Nesting codes on maintenance items
- Create and amend revision codes
- Deferral Requests
- Set Point Change Requests
- Single Tag updates
- Object list updates
- Document Links - updating links based on document control links. Including withdrawn PMR’s, updating existing PMR’s and removing, if required
- Updating hours on task lists - directly from Shift Notes
- Updating operations
- Address items raised by the weekly PMWO Issues report
- Review and address items raised by weekly Review
- FLOC updates including descriptions, criticality, cost centres, SC status, Performance Standards/Barriers, and classification data.
- Attend regular Backlog Review meetings and address nominated actions
- Adhere to company policies & procedures
- Be part of the company Safety and Quality Culture
- Ensure client satisfaction is maintained/exceeded
- Execute assigned personal objectives with direct guidance and supervision
- Adhere to and comply with relevant discipline specific OMS and client procedures in execution of work activities. Provide feedback for continuous improvement of aforementioned procedures, if applicable
- Ensure self awareness of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives and industry technology developments
- Clearly communicate any identified improvements to service execution to Technical Manager
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate across the project/contract interfaces

Skills / Qualifications:

- Possess excellent skills in using Sap and Maximo CMMS software
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing workload demand
- Professional manner & conduct
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
- Computer literate with practical working experience
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
- The ability to liaise with people at all levels both internal and external to the organisation
- Demonstrate the ability to use own judgement and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment and cope with workload demands from both internal and external sources
- The ability to work to targets/deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Be a flexible team player and be able to work on own initiative

Minimum Qualifications:

- HND/HNC or equivalent in applicable maintenance discipline

Or
- NVQ or equivalent trade based qualification with suitable experience in maintenance

Minimum Experience:

- Demonstrable balance of industrial experience at relevant level and position
- SAP experience (minimum of 2 years) or CMMS experience of alternative system such as Maximo (minimum 3 years)
