You’ll be focused on helping clients exploit and maximise the value of technology within their business in areas such as business change, programme advisory, business process reimagining, governance, business cases or service improvement. As a Business ChangeConsultant, your focus will be to manage and to work within teams delivering alongside our clients, although you will also be required to support business and practice development.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Working on digital assignment projects
- Client engagement
- Bridging the divide between the technical and business
- You may have responsibility for leading small teams
- Successfully deliver outputs in line with the agreed scope and timeframe to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Contribute towards shaping, building and the delivery of successful outcomes for our clients whilst providing high-value, sustainable business for Sopra Steria
- You'll identify, nurture and develop client relationships around your assignment and proactively look to support the identification and development of follow-on work with clients to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and additional revenue
- Live the consulting-led culture by embracing and showcasing innovative, highly disruptive technologies that support new ways of working in a digital world
**What you'll bring**:
- Experience of client facing consulting in a recognised consulting business
- Degree level education or equivalent, typically in Business, Information Technology or Engineering
- Working towards membership of, accredited institution such as BCS or IET
- Knowledge of Business Analysis
- General knowledge of the business needs and drivers behind technology transformation and IT service delivery
- Good planning and organising skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
- An ability to communicate the complex, simply
- A great teammate with a collaborative working style

**Salary**: £50,000 to £70,000
