United Kingdom Sharp Business Systems France Full time

Reporting directly to the Lead Consultant Business Central, you will work with the team to deliver exceptional Business Central consultancy services to a varied client base, whilst also raising the awareness of these services across Sharp IT Services and the wider Sharp family.

Objectives

· Gather and analyze business requirements: Understand the needs of the business and translate them into technical requirements.

· Solution Design and Configuration: Map the business needs to the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Business Central and configure the system accordingly.

· Training: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and train clients on how to use the system effectively.

· Data Management: Prepare and import data into Business Central as per the business requirements.

Personal Specification

· You will be approachable and open to team members asking for your support and guidance.

· You will be flexible to enable rearrangement of workload at short notice to meet the needs of the team and clients.

· You will have extensive experience in delivering consultancy services relating to mid-market ERP solution functions, including accounting processes, operational practices for stock and manufacturing environments

· You will have excellent troubleshooting skills.

· You will be able but able to approach a problem creatively.
