The responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk include:
- Inputting invoices
- Reconciling Supplier Accounts
- Monthly BACS running
- Preparing to close ledgers at the end of the month
- Other Ad-Hoc duties
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Accounts Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk will:
- Be organised and diligent
- Be adaptable with working individually and as part of a wider team
- Have knowledge of month-end reconciliations
- Be able to work to meet deadlines
- Have good attention to detail
