**About The Role**:.
The primary responsibility of the position will be to carry out vetting/screening for new and current staff at UK airports, in line with to DfT and local Airport ID standards. The post holder will also support Operations Managers within varied recruitment activities from advertising to onboarding.

Role Specification and Main Duties:

- You will be required to process Applicants for employment in line with Home Office and local Airport ID Standards
- The Post holder will provide recruitment support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- You will be required to support with organising and participating in recruitment campaigns in South East region
- You will support and manage the transition of recruitment agency personnel to direct employees by engaging with the recruitment agency and temporary worker in an effective manner
- You will be required to manage trackers and spreadsheets on a daily basis to ensure correct data is available at all times.

**You will also be responsible for**:

- Coordinating diaries for interview meetings and booking the rooms
- Providing administrative support using MS packages and internal bespoke systems.
- Assisting management with interviews to ensure correct documentation is received

**To be successful in the role, you will need**:

- Previous experience in a similar environment such as Recruitment or Vetting Applications would be preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and be capable of multitasking
- To be self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude
- To be able to work under pressure
- To demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
- To be able to work to meet client/event demands and availability to work flexible hours (on occasions travelling to various locations), attend all meetings and events on time
