My aggregates client are looking for an administrator to start asap.

You will support the Logistics Office by ensuring all Administration for Sales Ordering and Own fleet processes are completed in a timely manner. Manage and process all Purchase Orders and Card Payments for the Tunstead operation and offer support to the Northern Logistics Office. Ensure all Near Hits, MPA and safety concerns are Managed, Monitored and reported on. Manage driver holidays and ensure they are suitably equipped for their daily routines. Holiday cover in the Sales Office when applicable. The role also requires cross functional working relationships and other administrative duties to ensure all aspects of the customer experience are optimised.

**Accountabilities**:
▪ Manage and maintain all Purchase Orders and Card Payments for the Logistics and Sales Office teams.

▪ Manage / Monitor and Communicate on Near Hits, MPAs, Vehicle Checks and Safety Alerts

▪ Meet agreed levels of customer service and investigate customer complaints promptly

▪ Represent both the Logistics (Sales) and Planning Team in Safety Meetings

▪ Responding to Customer enquiries in relation to POD’s or general enquiries

▪ Responsible for 3rd Party self-bill and Own-fleet adjustments

▪ Manage and re-visit SOPs to ensure still fit for purpose

Ensure team and individual KPIs are met including safety standards

▪ Relationship Management - Proactively maintaining, controlling and influencing relationships with customers, colleagues and hauliers..

▪ Cost Control - Supporting the efficient & effective deployment of transport resources to meet the needs of the business and checking freight payable transactions for accuracy.

▪ Managing personal processes assigned to individual. Ensure whole team have basic knowledge to cover all tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: £10.97 per hour
