The role is responsible for the management of all areas of admin work related to the business and requires a highly numerate and analytical individual who works to a high level of efficiency and standards.

Location: Onsite in Callow Hill, UK

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales administration; confirmation of customer and internal deliveries of product to ensure correct stock ownership and invoicing
- Accurate stock reconciliations on a daily basis to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the business on an ongoing basis. Accurate entry of data and maintaining the integrity of records
- Using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Review of depot activity queue to ensure correct work is cascaded to the correct employee
- Providing a conduit between operations and sales to ensure the smooth processing of fuel orders and deliveries
- Liaising regularly with operational staff to ensure accurate usage of delivery confirmation procedures through online tracking reports and fleet automation processes
- Other admin work as required on an ongoing basis, including order processing and enquiries

The Individual
- Previous Administration experience is essential
- A good working experience of MS Office, particularly Excel is essential
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Strong numerical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
- Experience working to and meeting targets is required
- An ability to work within a team and work on own initiative is essential
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
