Focus Build Ltd require a Multi trader/General Builder for long term work around Surrey & South West London, works range from loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments and new builds.

As a company we have secured projects running until 2024

We are steadily building a team and are looking for Multi trader/General Builder to complete our skill set.
- Beneficial to have own set of tools
- Must live within a reasonable distance of Chessington, Surrey
- Be proactive, punctual, enthusiastic & hard working
- Driving license essential
- Company van included after probation
- Willing to go the extra mile

This role has the potential to turn into a Site Manager role in the future for the right person

**Experience**:

- 8+ years on site experience

Location**:South West London/Surrey**

Qualifications:
Relevant City & Guilds certificate or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £44,000.00 per year
