**Join Our Expanding New Homes Team**

We are excited to announce our award winning Residential team are looking for an experienced Residential New Homes specialist to join us.

In this pivotal role, you will work alongside the Head of New Homes, contributing significantly to the growth and success of our team. The New Homes team collaborates with some of the region's most highly regarded clients to design, plan, launch, and sell new homes across the region. We manage a diverse portfolio of new homes projects, from bespoke one-unit builds to large-scale schemes of 500+ units. Our expertise spans from initial development appraisal to the pricing and marketing of finished projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the Residential Development team to identify and secure potential sites.
- Manage sites in partnership with clients from inception to completion, providing comprehensive advice and coordination.
- Innovate and implement marketing strategies for new sites, utilizing creative approaches to promote new homes.
- Engage with digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns.
- Develop actions to target new prospects and participate in pitching/tendering for new business.
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of small-scale schemes and support the Head of New Homes with larger projects.
- Conduct land development appraisals for clients.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Network with property professionals in the New Homes sector.
- Share technical knowledge and data with the team.
- Mentor and support junior employees as needed.

**About You**:

- Demonstrable experience in New Homes or Residential Sales.
- Previous experience with a property consultancy, agency, or developer.
- A positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm, creativity, and professionalism.
- Strong work ethic with a drive to develop business and achieve success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven sales experience.
- Ability to build strong relationships both externally and internally.
