Job Title: SHE Advisor (Construction & CDM)

Location: Glascoed, Wales

**Salary**: £51,262

What you’ll be doing:

- Manage the H&S file from project beginning through to completion
- Prepare and review key CDM documents such as design risk registers, construction phase plans, pre-construction information and H&S File
- Attend design team and client meetings and offer specialist safety advice
- Support the business in their role as Client and Principal Designer under CDM 2015 for a range of complex projects

Your skills and experiences:
Essential:

- NEBOSH General or Construction, or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of the 2015 CDM Regulations and worked within the construction and industrial sector for the past 2 years in a H&S capacity (client or contractor biased)
- Sound understanding of Safety and Environmental Legislation and standards and requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001 Standards

Desirable:

- Member, or working towards membership in related Professional Engineering Institution
- Principal Designer/CVM accreditation/qualifications
- Environmental background i.e., IEMA
- Working in a defence related industry background

Our SHE Advisor Team:
As a SHE Advisor you in the capital projects team, you will act as a H&S / CDM Advisor on a diverse portfolio of construction projects within the Glascoed manufacturing site. You will have the opportunity to progress your career in a client-based Construction and CDM environment.
