Overall Purpose: To assist the Contract & review Manager to support Adult Services purchase care/support for individuals in the most efficient/cost-effective way, and support contract monitoring and compliance
Principal Accountabilities
1
Accurately raise call-off contracts/individual service notification/individual placement agreements for care/support.
2
Accurately record purchases and changes to the care/support purchased on the appropriate databases.
3
Resolve invoicing/charging discrepancies liaising with care/support providers, care management, Assessments & Payments team, and other members of the Contract & Review Team as necessary.

Provide relevant general advice and guidance to council staff.
5
Provide where relevant, support to Contract & Review team members where necessary.
6
Consider ways to continually improve processes.
7
Work with Health & Review Liaison (HRLO) and Contract & Review Officers to check database input for accuracy on an on-going basis.
**Essential Criteria**
GCSE minimum grade D or equivalent Maths and English
Gives the customer confidence in what they have done/said
Treats customers with respect
Listens to understand
Builds rapport
Delivers information clearly - ability to interpret and communicate information
Uses technology effectively - Good understanding and the ability to work with IT; good keyboard skills.
