**Role**
We are recruiting for a Business Administrator to support the business across multiple departments. You will be working with key stakeholders preparing internal and external documents and presentations, You will also be reviewing documentation for managers and directors.
**Duties will include**:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to various departments including Commercial, HR, Operations, Facilities and Production.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems (both physical and digital), ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
- Document Preparation: Assist in creating and formatting documents, reports, presentations, and other materials required for internal and external communication.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials as necessary.
**Applicants**
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the pharmaceutical/healthcare or Legal industry, is advantageous.
- Experience of review and formatting of legal or contract documentation is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
- A positive and collaborative attitude, willing to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture.
- A minimum of a GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent qualification is required.
This is a full time role.
**Salary**
In return, we pay between £28- 32k a year as a base salary.
