**Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with a leading legal and professional service client, who due to expansion are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis.**

**About The Role**

**Hours**: 08:30 -17:00 or 09:00 -17:30
**Salary**: £20,000 - £22,500

**Duties will include**:
The postholder will be required to undertake their own administration and handle a high volume of telephone calls. The tasks and duties listed below are intended to describe the general nature and responsibilities of this role. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list and the post holder is expected to undertake any reasonable request from a Partner or other appropriate Manager.
- Taking ownership of issues to make sure that they get resolved within our SLA's
- Working with the team of Caseworkers, to support the firm in achieving our objectives
- Accurately administrating client details using our case management system as well as use of Excel, Outlook
- Working a variety of back-office processes to deliver our services.

**About you**:
This is a fast-paced role, therefore experience in a previously fast-paced office environment is required, experience in a call centre would be desirable.

**Essential**
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a customer facing role, ideally gained within a similar volume environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An excellent telephone manner, with the ability to deal in a calm and measured manner, with callers who may be under pressure, lack an understanding of the re-mortgage process etc.
- Proven IT skills, and ideally, experience of using a case management system.
- An ability to work in a demanding environment, working to strict deadlines and within Service Level Agreements and to other targets.
- A careful and methodical approach to work demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that processes, procedures etc are followed accurately.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Strong commitment to client care and to providing a friendly and helpful first-class service.
- Experience of working within a team environment and of supporting others.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of the legal re-mortgage process
- Experience of working within a high-volume environment
- Knowledge or experience in conveyancing or specifically the re-mortgage process, from either a lender or panel solicitor perspective

**The Commute**
Our client is based in Leeds City Centre, so if you have access to your own car and live in surrounding areas, great This site is also easily commutable via public transport - bus stops and train station are a 5-minute walk from the site. Please note there in no on-site parking available, but ample city centre car parks nearby.
