A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Fleet and Compliance Administrator to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is competent in Microsoft office, well organised and enthusiastic in their work. Experience of administration is required.

**What you will be doing as a Fleet and Compliance Administrator?**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company's fleet management database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all vehicles, drivers, and maintenance records.
- Create and maintain vehicle inspection records, including mileage reports and inspection checklists.
- Scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain fleet compliance documentation, including vehicle registration certificates, insurance policies, driving license checks, and tachograph records.
- Daily invoicing and updating planning software.
- Sending proof of deliveries and updates across to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to prioritize tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £16,847.70-£24,699.51 per year

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
