H-TEC Group are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our sales team in Markfield. This is a full time, permanent position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively assessing customer needs and offering appropriate solutions, taking messages for colleagues when necessary.
- Receiving and processing customer orders.
- Updating internal work diary, raising job sheets and sending booking confirmations.
- Maintaining our Salesforce CRM database.
- Greeting and welcoming visitors as they visit us
- Supporting the main Office Manager and other colleagues as and when required.
- All other administrative procedures that fall within the accountability of the Sales Office.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software
- Salesforce experience an advantage
- Ability to plan, priorities and multi-task
