1-1 Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Group Accounts & Payroll Administrator to join our client’s friendly business, based just on the outskirts of Basingstoke.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To manage the supplier and subcontract deposit process
- To assist in accurately inputing supplier invoices onto the electronic accounts system as required
- To provide cover for weekly and monthly payroll, and periferoles
- To manage and process labour agency invoices via the accounts system including, obtaining the necessary sign off
- To maintain supplier and subcontract ledgers
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that may be reasonably expected within the nature of the post on an ad hoc basis

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
- Being able to demonstrate previous team working
- A polite and friendly manner and an ability to communicate at all levels particularly on the telephone.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Good organisational and prioritising skills
- A proactive approach demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to deliver results.
- Accurate with attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines.
