The Specialty Administration Team Leader provides valuable support and knowledge to the senior management, consultants and administration staff.

Knowledge and understanding of both inpatient and outpatient activity is an essential part of this role in order to maintain the high performance targets within Family Services.

The Team Leader is responsible for the management of the administrative teams within the department.

Effective management of staff through PADR's, career progression, sickness absence management, annual leave authorisation,

Effective implementation and management of 18-week pathways in order to deliver our services in a timely and accurate manner to reach Trust targets.

Supporting all staff and teams including the Service Manager and the senior management and clinicians.
