What support can students expect during training? The programme is taught by lecturers and expert clinical practitioners in their field who will offer dedicated academic support and guidance and students will be allocated a named personal tutor. Students will also be supported in the workplace be designated practice mentors and facilitators. You will be supported through dedicated time to attend university and gain skills in the practice settings.

Interviews will take place in collaboration with the University Team. The post holder will: Exercise advanced clinical expertise, levels of judgement, discretion and decision making in the delivery of clinical care. Provide advanced clinical skills in relation to assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of the service user group. Promote supportive care programmes and set high standards for the delivery of care to patients and their families and be responsible for delivering high quality services.

Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team providing respiratory care. Contribute to the medical prescribing provision within the team through supportive dedicated non-medical prescribing. Work collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary teams developing shared goals, complementing the roles of others to support and maintain team growth and continuous improvement. Undertake and complete an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice.
