**Salary**:£26,000 annually

You’re a talented video editor who loves creating content that grabs attention. You enjoy transforming ideas from their raw footage and storyboards into polished videos, whether it’s long-form pieces for our clients YouTube channels or shorts for their socials. If you love pushing creative boundaries and want to work in a collaborative, friendly team, then this job is for you.

**What We Expect**
- **Your Main Responsibility**: Editing long-form videos and vertical short-form videos for our clients. Using storyboards and raw footage, you'll create videos that our clients love. You'll collaborate with designers, animators, and the rest of the video team to make sure everything looks perfect.
- **Developing Our In-House Video Style**: Help us stay ahead of the game by bringing in new ideas and staying updated with the latest trends in video editing.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work alongside our research, design, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of video projects.
- **Client Relationships**: Occasionally interact with clients to understand their vision, gather feedback, and ensure they're happy with the final product.

**We're Looking For Someone Who Is**
- **Creative and Technical**: You'll replicate and elevate our existing tone and style in all your work.
- **Independent and Proactive**: While you'll have support, we need someone who enjoys the freedom to dive into an edit and hit the ground running.
- **Detail-Oriented and Efficient**: You handle multiple projects well, keeping everything on track and maintaining high quality.
- **Adaptable and Responsive**: You’re quick to adapt to feedback and changes, always finding solutions that work.
- **Team Player**: You enjoy working with others and contribute positively to a team environment.

**Requirements**:

- You’re an expert with Premiere Pro, with a solid understanding of After Effects.
- Proven experience working on video projects from start to finish.
- You have a portfolio ready to show us your best work.
- This role is hybrid, so you’ll be required to come into the studio so you're around for team collaboration and creative meetings for 2 days per week. You’re welcome to come in more often if you like, but we want everyone to work where they’re most productive.

**Bonus Superpowers**
- If you can animate, storyboard, or know your way around a camera, that’s a big plus.

Our approach combines creativity with strategy to create content that resonates and achieves results.

P.S: Our website is currently having a spruce up, and our socials are quite inactive atm, but we promisewe're a real company.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
