**Job purpose**
You will be part of the Conveyancing team working alongside one other Post Completion Assistant to support Fee Earners in regard to the administration of all post completion procedures. Your support will enable fee earner(s) to operate at optimum efficiency. This will include but will not be limited to the main responsibilities given below. Post Completion Assistants are expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative, being flexible to assist more than one fee earner when required.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- To send accurate correspondence to lenders and clients in a timely manner
- To update third party Lender portals accurately and in a timely manner
- To manage caseload of post completion matters efficiently, identify and obtain any missing documents
- Dealing with Client and third party enquires
- To assist in any other duties which are ancillary or conducive to the role and responsibilities within the department when requested to do so.
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
