We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Seasonal Catering Team Leader to join our Catering Team, to deliver outstanding service and quality food from our catering outlets across the park.

**Job Purpose**

As a Catering Team Leader, you will be tasked with motivating and leading a team of catering assistants to deliver excellent guest service. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the designated catering outlets, which includes cash handling and stock control, to maximise profitability at every opportunity. Also helping ensure each food outlet achieves high scores on food hygiene audits and delivering a quality product in an efficient yet fun way.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- To lead the team in achieving high standards of guest service, hygiene, cleanliness & teamwork
- Compliance with all food safety & health & safety regulations
- To ensure the catering outlets are ready for opening and have sufficient tills to minimise queue times
- Take responsibility for one catering outlet with support of the catering management team
- Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- To assist the catering management team with stock control
- To assist in executing the correct emergency procedures including fire evacuation and ride evacuation
- To assist in the management, training, and recruitment of the catering team
- From time to time the company or Park Director may make reasonable requests for you to undertake duties not necessarily covered in the above

Employees must be flexible in their approach to work - hours can vary due to the needs of the business and regular weekend / bank holiday work will be required with some evening work in the summer months.
