Daily rate: £195 to £240 depending on experience

Expected duration: 3 months (May extend)

Our client is a global video on demand streaming provider. They are looking for digital technician to support their photography crew/photographers with troubleshooting technical issues and conduct Quality Assurance checks on produces assets.
- The primary role as a Digitech is to provide technical support to multiple photographers and videographers during live shoots and QA for any produced assets, which includes; colour matching the images to physical products, ensuring all generated assets are correctly named, complete and delivered to the retouching team on a daily basis.
- Applicants with a background in IT should have proven and demonstrable experience working at 2nd line / 3rd line support level, with the ability to confidently and methodically work through complex issues in a bespoke technical environment (which often includes troubleshooting scripts), unaided.

**Essential**:

- Experience with retouching / editing / manipulating RAW images using industry standard photo editing software, such as CaptureOne, Adobe Suite etc, in either a professional or personal capacity.
- Ability to understand basic code and troubleshoot code / script related issues (mainly PowerShell, though experience with other languages is accepted).
- An organised and pro-active approach to technical maintenance and planning.
- A desire to learn / understand bespoke automation pipelines - A growth and ownership mindset.
- A keen eye for detail, approachable and communicative.

**Preferred but not required**:

- Experience writing or adapting automation using basic or advanced scripting. (PowerShell preferred, Python).
- Experience working with AWS cloud / tools.
