**Hours**: 30 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days Monday - Sunday with flexibility to meet business needs. This role will involve working evenings and weekends on a rota basis to cover events.

These daily hours may be varied this academic year; this will be discussed with you by the Catering Supervisor / Head Chef. Changes may also be required to working time in future academic years; these will be discussed with you at the time.

**Salary**: £16,255.20 per annum (£20,048.08 per annum, pro rata)

**Job Purpose**: To undertake all front of house duties whilst assisting the Head chef with ensuring the kitchen and surrounding areas are kept in a serviceable condition.
