We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketer with at least 2-3 years of experience to join our talented UK Field Marketing Team We are looking for a creative and results-focused individual, with proven experience developing and executing marketing programs, who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute creative ‘go-to-market’ UK marketing programs to generate qualified leads and pipeline growth for our leading Food & Beverage solutions.
- Develop and implement 1-to-Many Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs leveraging a mix of Paid Media, Social Media, Webinars, Events and other initiatives, with compelling messaging that resonates with the food & beverage industry
- Develop and implement Sub-vertical 1-Few ABM campaigns with specific goals (e.g. Pipeline acceleration) in alignment with Sales leadership priorities.
- Create and execute customer marketing programs including digital transformation/SaaS campaigns, customer references, cross/up sell initiatives, events, product launches and more
- Manage the planning and execution of Food & Beverage events for customers and prospects including in-person events and webinars, aligned with ABM programs
- Collaborate with Regional and Corporate Marketing teams (Product, Digital, Content/ABM) to create content to attract and engage buyers through the funnel
- Execute campaigns and projects on time and within budget, and demonstrate positive ROI in line with agreed targets
- Build collaborative relationships with the global marketing, ADR, solution consulting and sales teams and manage external vendor relationships
- Stay well-informed on marketing trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into the strategy for optimizing the company’s marketing investment
- Support additional demand generation and customer campaigns and events as needed

**About you**
- 2-3 Years’ experience in B2B marketing in the software/IT sector. ERP, SaaS experience an advantage
- Experience creating campaigns and nurture programs, with powerful messaging that leads prospects through the funnel to conversion
- Strong campaign planning and project management skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Collaborative mindset to drive projects within a cross-functional team and work well under deadlines
- Self-starter, energetic, motivated individual
- Ability to respond quickly to changing demands and market conditions
- Degree or equivalent level qualification in marketing or business. Marketing qualification an advantage
- Proficient in leading Marketing technology stacks including marketing automation (Marketo), PowerBI, and SalesForce CRM
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design programs (preferred).

**Desirable**
- Experience of targeting Food & Beverage market
