We have a vacancy for a enthusiastic and experience receptionist and. We are looking for reliable, hardworking and flexible people to join our team.

Job responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **Receive patients at reception and make appointments using Emis Web **Manage the busy telephone system, receiving calls and taking messages **Respond efficiently and courteously to all queries and requests for assistance from patients **Explain practice arrangements and formal requirements for new patients, temporary residents and ensure relevant procedures are completed **Scan correspondence into patient clinical records **Process patient requests for repeat prescriptions **Ensure that all paper records are kept neat and tidy and in good repair, with all the necessary information recorded correctly on the outer cover **Retrieve and re-file records as required **Liaise with hospital/clinics. **To work along side the Admin team at times. Sorting and filing of post **When necessary, open up the surgery at the start of the day, de-activate alarm and make all necessary preparations to receive patients. **When last to leave at the end of the day, ensure that the building is secure and the security alarm is activated.
