At Bro Maintenance we are currently looking to employ an experienced general handyperson as we grow our small team.

You must be reliable, well-organised, IT literate and capable of efficiently following a diary of appointments and instructions.

Company van with full insurance will be provided throughout your working day.

Key responsibilities include:

- General Repairs & maintenance - ad-hoc as required
- Minor Plumbing - being able to fix small water leaks from taps/water tanks, replacing bath and shower seals
- Basic Joinery Work - kitchen cabinets doors, general repairs, changing/repairing door locks/ironmongery, replacing and hanging doors etc
- Tiling - able to attend to tiling jobs, grout renewal etc
- Wet Wall - able to attend to wet wall installation (wet wall experience is not essential)
- Painting & Decorating - preparation, painting walls, ceilings and woodwork (interior and exterior)
- Minor Electrical - replacing bulbs, fuses, plugs, smoke detector batteries etc
- Carpet & Flooring removal - as required
- Waste Management - bagging up client’s rubbish and disposing of at our base

You must have a full UK Driving Licence to drive our vans and reliably able to commute to and from Clydebank area.

As a Living Wage employer, you will generally work between Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm so you can enjoy a balance between work, social life and family with hours of work. We can make adjustments for the right individual to fit around your family commitments.

Pay: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
