We are looking for Reservations Agents who want to listen to our clients’ briefs and help turn these into reality. You will be the key point of contact and help to increase our reservations bookings as the industry builds back up. We are looking for the right Reservations Agent who can step up to the challenge.

**About you**
- At least 1 years’ experience dealing with customer service (reservations and travel experience is a bonus)
- Prioritise time effectively managing reservations enquiries working towards targets and deadlines
- Maintain and deliver a positive “can do” attitude at all times
- Prioritise time effectively managing reservations, working towards targets and deadlines

**This is an office-based role at our head office in Droitwich, Worcestershire**

**Salary is from £21,600 - £24,000 depending on experience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,600.00-£24,000.00 per year
